We are confident in the quality of our products. Every piece bought on our website comes with a warranty from the date you buy it. . We will repair or replace your item if you notice any defects in our materials and/or workmanship during the warranty period.

We offer:

  • 2-year warranty on solid gold items
  • 1-year warranty on sterling silver and gold vermeil items
  • During the warranty, we will make sure any jewellery with a manufacturing defect is replaced or repaired free of charge. These usually show up the first few times a piece is worn. It rarely happens, but we’ve got you covered if it does.

Our warranty doesn’t cover:

  • Loss, stolen and accidental damage.
  • Regular wear and tear like scratches, broken chains or clasps, tarnishing after 6 months.
  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, seawater, swimming pools or bathing
  • Chipped or bent rings
  • Damage from improper use or storage.
  • Bent or worn-out prongs that led to stone(s) falling out after 6 months
  • Modifications or repairs done by other jewellers

* Please note that the pieces purchased before the 2 Dec 2025 are cover by our 6-month warranty. We offer one free repair or one replacement within the warranty period.

Should your jewellery suffer any other fault due to a manufacturing defect such as breakage or missing stone during the warranty period, please report the issues to us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at hello@viannejewellery.com. We will be happy to assist you.

Make A Warranty Claim:

We strive to make the repair process as seamless for you as possible.

  • Your Name
  • Your Email Address
  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of product that needs repair

 

We will follow up with you within 3-5 business days to assist you on the next steps.

Good to know :

- we are unable to offer a refund after the item has been repaired or replaced once under the warranty or when the return window of the order has passed. Please contact us as soon as possible should you require any further assistance regarding your repaired item/replacement.

- After your warranty has ended, we might still be able to repair the jewellery depending on the conditions of the jewellery whether it is repairable. However, there may be a small cost to repair. This is only to cover the material costs for repair and for postage - the labour cost is always free!
