Yes, of course! We understand that buying jewellery online can be tricky in terms of sizing.

You are welcome to exchange your item to a different size of the same design or exchange it to something else from our store.
To start an exchange, please contact us at hello@viannejewellery.com and we will be able to assist you further.

Please note that we, unfortunately, do not cover the return postage of items returned for an exchange or refund. However, we will send out the ring item to you at no additional cost.

We aim to provide excellent customer service and we carefully inspect every item before shipping out to our customers to ensure the best quality possible. However, if in any way you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue you a refund or exchange.

Yes, absolutely! If you would like to exchange a ring to a different size (if the item is in stock) or exchange your item to a different item, you are welcome to do so.

Once the order is placed, you have 1 hour to amend/cancel your order. After this period, we are unable to guarantee that you order can be changed once it has been processed. Yes. We offer a 12-month warranty on sterling silver, gold vermeil and rose gold vermeil jewellery, and a 24-month warranty on solid gold jewellery.

Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects, including issues such as faulty clasps, defective settings and workmanship-related faults. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, chemical damage or issues caused by improper care.

If a manufacturing defect is identified during the warranty period, we will arrange a repair or replacement in accordance with our warranty policy.

Please note that the warranty provides repair or replacement for approved manufacturing defects and does not entitle the customer to a refund outside the applicable return period.

If you believe your item has developed a fault, please contact us aT hello@viannejewellery.com and we will be happy to assist. Please also include the details of your name, order number and pictures of the items.

Yes. We offer a lifetime repair service where possible, even after the warranty period has expired.

If your item is covered by warranty and the fault is approved as a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a complimentary repair or replacement in accordance with our warranty policy.

For repairs outside the warranty period, or for issues not covered by warranty, we will assess the item and provide a quotation before any work is carried out.

Yes, we currently accept custom orders in 9k, 14k and 18k solid white, yellow and rose gold. They are perfect for items such as engagement rings, wedding rings as well as for keepsakes. Solid gold jewellery will last a lifetime and will not tarnish.

Our solid gold items can be custom made to your specific size and requirements. We can also source a wide range of natural gemstones and natural diamonds as well as lab grown gemstones and moissanites.
