Yes, of course! We understand that buying jewellery online can be tricky in terms of sizing.

You are welcome to exchange your item to a different size of the same design or exchange it to something else from our store.


To start an exchange, please contact us at hello@viannejewellery.com and we will be able to assist you further.

Please note that we, unfortunately, do not cover the return postage of items returned for an exchange or refund. However, we will send out the ring item to you at no addadditional cost.

We inspect all of our items carefully before shipping them out to our customers. However, on rare occasions, our items can get damaged during transport. If you find that the item you received is faulty or damaged, please do get in touch with us at hello@viannejewellery.com

Please also provide in the email your order number, description and images of the faulty product and we will be more than happy to assist you and to send you a replacement item.

We aim to provide excellent customer service and we carefully inspect every item before shipping out to our customers to ensure the best quality possible. However, if in any way you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue you a refund or exchange.

To start a refund or exchange, please contact us at hello@viannejewellery.com so that we can further assist you. Please send back your unworn and undamaged item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds can take approximately 72 hours or less to be processed once we receive the returned item(s). The refunded amount will take 5-7 business days to be processed back to your original payment method. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately we do not cover the return postage of items returned for an exchange or refund.

Yes, absolutely! If you would like the exchange a ring to a different size (if the item is in stock) or exchnge your item to a different item, you are welcome to do so.

Once the order is placed, you have 1 hour to amend/cancel your order. After this period, we are unable to guaguarantee that you order can be changed once it has been processed. Yes. Each piece of our sterling silver, gold vermeil and rose vermeil jewelley is covered by our 6-month warranty. We offer a free repair or a replacement within the warranty period.

Should your jewellery suffer any other fault due to a manufacturing defect such as breakage or missing stone during the warrantry period, please report the isuues to us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at hello@viannejewellery.com. We will be happy to assist you.

We offer repairs and/or replacements on all jewellery that are covered within your 6-month warranty. After your warranty has ended, we might still be able to repair the jewellery depending on the conditions of the jewellery if it is repairable. However, there may be a small cost to repair after the warranty period.

Yes, we currently accept custom orders in 14k and 18k solid white, yellow and rose gold. There are perfect for items such as engagement rings, wedding rings as well as for keepsakes. Solid gold jewellery will last a lifetime and will not tarnish.

Our solid gold items can be custom made to your specific size and requirements. We can also source a wide range of natural gemstones as well as natural diamonds.

All of our solid gold items are officially hallmaked at The Assay Office in London to verify the gold purity. The current lead time for custom orders is 6-8 weeks.
